This limited production coffee is 100% shade grown by the Gustavo Mauricio Tello family estate in the La Libertatd region of Huehuetenango, Guatemala. We roast these beans to a degree that balances the acidity and brings out a strong chocolate flavor in the finish of this cup. This coffee is medium bodied and pairs perfectly with pastries and breads. Profoundly interesting, clean and pleasant to drink.
